What happened to the breakdown of warehouses, product availability, buy rates page, etc., that was once available to me and all store managers? While logged into the back of my store I was able to open another window, go to "discounted.deepershopping.com" and view detailed warehouse info on a particular product. But now when I do this, it reverts back to my own domain name and what was one avail is no long there. I see what the customer sees.  Huh

This has been happening to me as well.

Awhile back, I was told that there was an issue when trying to access the retail/wholesale stores via the control center.
The fix was to make sure the admin site was initially logged into via our unique domain names. That worked for a time
but no longer.

The info on the products is very useful, as was the access to the individual product pages in order to change details and pricing.

Please help!

OK< I can get the product specific breakdowns now. Here's the trick:

Use a separate browser for your control center and login under your
unique store domain name.

At the end of your workday, close that browser and repeat.

I've found with keeping the browser open and putting my computer in
sleep mode, the function may not work correctly the next time I access it.
It goes to my store without the backoffice option.

What trick are you talking about? Why is there a problem w/this anyway? All this time I have been able to log into the back office and open another window w/discounted.deepershopping.com to get to that area. How am I going to log into the back office using my "unique" store name "discountedchristianbooks.com"? Whatta you mean Aaron? Why is this something we (I) have to figure out?

Hi, Princess! We must be the only ones on here anymore.  Wink

I called DeeperShopping about it. Apparently, if log into your office via discounted.deepershopping.com/admin and then click the "shop retial/wholesale" links, you won't get the additional product information. However, if you access your office via your domain/admin those links should work correctly.

Now then, there also appears to be an issue with caching. If you used the first access point, realized your mistake, and opened another tab to do it correctly, it still might not work. That was my experience, anyway. You may need to clear your cache or reboot in order to get the function back.

They said it had to do with crossing domains. Not sure how all that plays out...

I'm still not able to get to this particular area of my store even after doing what you've said to do. What is happening is after I've opened another browser to "www.discounted.deepershopping.com" as soon as I click on something in the store, it reverts back to "www.discountedchristianbooks.com. This was as easy as 123 but now all of a sudden, it has become complicated? No - something was done to the system which resulted in this becoming a problem. I'll have to contact store services for their help. Thanks again Aaron! Have a blessed weekend!  (^_^)

This problem was fixed about one to two weeks ago. Please try again. The session information is now being passed correctly between your domain names (ie your primary domian - www.whatevermybookstoreis.com - and your admin domain - myadmin.deepershopping.com). Please advise if you continue to experience any difficulties as so far the system has been trouble free.

The error was a clash in session identifiers as you crossed from one domain to another.
